The
8 MM Push-Button Automatic Movie Camera, 1960's |
When automatic
movie cameras like the Keystone above came out, it was really something.
You just pushed a button to take footage and everything was automatic.
There is even a lever on the side to zoom in and out. They were battery
powered and had a handle on them making them ideal for potable surveillance
footage. You didn't have to wind them nor do lens changes to zoom. State-of-the-art
and portable for it's time.
